Hells Bells team building activity
Hells Bells is probably the most popular and effective indoor team building activity in the world.
The objective is for the group to work as a whole to complete a giant 3D working sculpture. Teams do not instantly work out that it’s essential for them to work together and this gradual realisation culminates in a "light bulb" moment of realisation when the penny drops.
Because the activity involves solving puzzles using many different disciplines, creating costumes and constructing model sculptures it appeals to the widest range of participants. The key is for all these people to use their individual skills to come together successfully as one big team.
Finally the sculptures are set in motion to recount the story like a sophisticated giant game of "mousetrap" or "dominoes". The dramatic finale reveals the answer everyone is looking for.
Client Comments on this team building activity
"The facilitator and Master of Scrolls were superb, it was the best management team building exercise we have ever done."
"Very good - especially because it encouraged the teams to cross-function and actually talk to each other, which is a useful key message for most organisations. As a delegate on the event I really enjoyed it and can see the benefits most companies would see from using this."
