Leading and Managing Your Team – a Leadership Training Course
Only 27% of UK leaders have developed their skills before being put in a leadership position – according to a survey by the CIPD in November 2005.
The Leading and Managing Your Team development workshop is designed to address areas of your leadership and managerial skills that will make the biggest most positive impact on your performance and the performance of the team reporting to you. This workshop is suitable for new managers and experienced managers alike.
Leadership Training Course Details
On this leadership training course you will explore the way that you might communicate with your team, the way that you might behave and the impact that this behaviour might have on the team’s performance.
You’ll also have the chance to experiment with different styles of leadership, motivation and management. The result will be that you’ll understand much better how to inspire peak performance and thrive as a successful leader.
The leadership training course is one of 12 Bluehat UK training courses. Each course is uniquely designed to suit your team and the situation you’re in. Training works best with one Bluehat trainer for a team of up to 12 participants because learning is optimised with this number of people.
