Management Training Course Details
In this workshop your team will learn how important it is to define and embrace a clear common vision using a mission statement. You’ll see how to develop and communicate core values that support your vision and you’ll look at the impact this has on different individuals in your organisation.
The result will be that your team has identified a clearer vision, the behaviours required to reach your team goal and the potential obstacles that may prevent your team from becoming a high performance team.
