Quest for Kudos team building activity

The Quest for Kudos corporate team building activity is a powerful, magical and competitive team adventure.

Your challenge is to become the dominant tribe in the land of Kudos competing to win territory on a giant map of the land. You begin by planning your team’s strategy for the day. Some of your team will play the giant map. Other team members will head off to a separate challenge area to complete an activity.

After every session new team members will take their turn at the map, offering a broader view of the event to all team players. When roles within the team change it is essential that you communicate the current state of play accurately to your team mates, otherwise you’ll be back to square one.

As the activity continues your team become sworn in as wizards and the momentum builds with the map becoming ever more populated. In a frenzy of last minute spell casting, bartering and invasion, the final dice is rolled, your team’s accumulated wealth is calculated, and a winner is declared.

Team Building Activity Accolades at the Corporate Event Industry Awards

The Quest for Kudos team building activity was designed in June 2001 and originally incorporated a "Harry Potter" feel to it. The event formed part of the Bluehat UK entry that won Team Building Company of the Year 2002. It was also part of the Bluehat UK entry that was highly commended for Team Building Company of the Year 2004.
