By understanding what makes people in your team tick and by creating an action plan for your team this workshop gives you the learning and development insight you need to become a high performance team.
This team development workshop is good for teams that are both newly formed and recently enlarged, as well as existing teams who feel they could work better together.
The team profiles and diversity team training course is one of 12 Bluehat UK training courses. Each course is uniquely designed to suit your team and the situation you’re in. Training works best with one Bluehat trainer for a team of up to 12 participants because learning is optimised with this number of people.
