Consultant Support Executive
Bluehat UK has just had its most successful year in its 10 year history. We have expanded our portfolio by taking on the UK license for Catalyst and as a result are looking to strengthen the sales support team in the Catalyst division.

Bluehat requires a new consultant support executive to assist the growing team of event consultants with their sales enquiries, proposal design and development, lead development, database management and all administration to allow them to maximise their time dealing with account development.

The incumbent will work as part of the solutions team led by the Commercial Director and will report to the Managing Consultant. This team will focus specifically on closing business and developing relationships to drive further sales.

The role holder will ideally have experience of an office environment and either sales or event industry experience would be preferred. They will be well organised and happy to work as part of a small team and will work alongside our event consultants and project managers and liaise with new and existing clients. They will take pride in completing important tasks with great attention to detail, enjoy talking to people, and have excellent customer service skills. The role holder will need to understand work environments and be willing to expand their knowledge and continue to learn from the senior members of the team. A fun and professional outlook is essential as well as a desire to succeed.

Event Consultant
We are recruiting for a new event consultant to assist with enquiries and manage new and existing accounts. The position involves working with the Managing Consultant to service client enquiries and assist with administration, proposal writing and client meetings.

The incumbent will work as part of the closing team led by the Commercial Director and will report to the Managing Consultant. This team will focus specifically on closing business and developing relationships to drive further sales.

The role holder will have experience of an office environment and either sales or event industry experience. They should be confident enough to meet and talk to senior management from all industries and have a confident charming manner. onsequently, the role-holder will need to understand work environments and be willing to expand their knowledge and continue to learn from the senior members of the team. You may have had previous sales experience or you may simply know that you like talking to people to be able to work out the best solution for them.

Freelance Presenter
If you enjoy presenting to large groups of people, if you love the limelight and you enjoy interacting with new people then hosting Bluehat’s team building events may be the opportunity you’re looking for.

The role of team building presenter requires charisma, intelligence and showmanship.

This role will involve presenting a wide range of activities to groups from 12-1200 delegates on a freelance basis, in venues across the UK and sometimes into Europe or America.
