The Apprentice team building event is tailored to your specific group of people and the location that you choose. A professional presenter sets the scene by marching into your office or conference room to deliver your instructions in the style of Sir Alan Sugar.

In a similar way to the popular TV program, The Apprentice, each team is given a dossier which contains the details of their challenge and the penalties for teams who do not follow "Sir Alan's" instructions. Unlike the TV program, The Apprentice team building event is great fun as well as being competitive.

If you know the TV program you'll remember the 2 observers, Nick and Margaret, who are Sir Alan's aides. Bluehat UK provide observers (we call them learning and development facilitators) who observe your teams in action and provide insights and feedback which can be used to highlight learning and development opportunities for your team.

This is useful for teams which are both newly formed and teams that are well established because a team building event like The Apprentice brings out some interesting and creative planning, negotiation and management skills that you may not have seen before!!!
