Your Work/Life Balance training course can be a stand alone team workshop lasting one or two days depending on the progress that you’re aiming to achieve. Work/Life Balance Workshop Details
In the Work/Life Balance workshop participants discover that the behaviour of each individual has an impact on other individuals in your team.
This has a double impact. If you can understand the priorities, preferences and principles of other team members then you will find it easier to achieve your own goals and at the same time you’ll enable them to achieve theirs.
The result of the workshop is that you’ll be able to use the models and techniques that you learn to improve your own work/life balance and the work/life balance of those around you.
The Work/Life Balance training course is one of 12 Bluehat UK training courses. Each course is uniquely designed to suit your team and the situation you’re in. Training works best with one Bluehat trainer for a team of up to 12 participants because learning is optimised with this number of people.
